Wonderful customer service..

Wonderful customer service from Anthropologie as usual.
Unfortunately I had to return a large item but they have arranged for DHL to collect with no trouble at all..
Great communication with an agent who could not have been more helpful..

Replacement Sofa

The worst

My bad customer service experience started a year or so ago, when one of my returns got lost by their service provider (Yodel i believe).
So I dropped my return off at my local supermarket, got 'drop-off' confirmation slip and made a photo of it. Now, weeks passed and I still had no refund. I checked the service provider website and could see my return was still not with Anthropoligie so I contacted their customer support team and they basically said 'Yeah sorry we lost your return, it happens rarely but please contact Anthro and they should refund you.' So I did and was eventually refunded (MONTHS later!).
And then... I got blacklisted by Anthropologie and cannot submit any new orders - they just get cancelled. :D When I contact their team via online chat, they're understanding and tell me everything will get resolved. Only for my next order to be cancelled again. Honestly this is the most ridiculous service, I sent the return drop-off slip photo, explanatory emails etc. etc. and still nothing got resolved. So basically I got blacklisted by them because their return service provider lost my return... just terrible service

Awful service

Awful service. Still waiting for my order to arrive. Gift card as a wedding gift. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, every time I contact I’m told it’s been despatched and to wait. Absolutely disgusting and won’t be ordering again from here!

From bad to worse

When I ordered my items, I realised there was a mistake so immediately contacted customer service to fix order. I was told that, although the package hadn't been sent or packed, they couldn't change order at all.
I have waited ages for my order, and when I checked tracking it said delivered, however I did not ask for the package to be left if I wasn't home.

Secondly, part of my items are on backorder and I want to cancel, yet can't seem to sign in and my order number says there is a problem.

What sites these days doesn't have a customer service email on their webpage?!

Horrible customer service with…

Horrible customer service with absolutely no resolution! I just wanted the same jeans, same size I’d ordered 8/18/2022. They were on sale, and I honored that not going to their Labor Day wknd sale, as I’d purchased them before that. Waiting… I finally call 20 days later as it would pick up as on its way in the beginning on tracking info. The 2nd week the order number was nonexistent. The return label I got was a joke, I questioned from the beginning. Someone either intervened on this or they have horrible business practices to previous loyal customers. This is despicable to say the least. It’s a multi million dollar company. No staff to work out a scam or dropping the ball??!! Really? You can tell the big ol “fat cat” CEO’s don’t give a damn about anything but the bottom line. What they’re pulling in! Sitting in their luxuries mansions making money off all the folks the disappoint. Money makes you greedy, but you still need to run a business and yours is a joke.

Appalling service.

Have a long running issue with this company. Many calls etc. Not been contacted by customer support as promised. Just been “Stepped over”. Very disappointed.

Refusal to apply common sense to a customer complaint

Really disappointed with this very expensive company, from whom I expected excellent customer service. I have ordered 3 matching items from them. 10 days after placing the order and taking full payment, they have cancelled 2 of the items from the order. I have immediately told them I don't want the 3rd item, but they have delivered it anyway and now demand that I have to return it to them at my own expense. I have complained, but they refuse to see the point and insist that I have to pay the return postage. As I am in Cyprus, the return postage will cost more than the value of the item.

Terrible customer services. Won't listen to my issue with a delivery. Spoken to different depts got nowhere. Been let down. Appalling treatment.
